When you are talking about Siew Bao, it always means Seremban Siew Bao. But actually you can get it almost through out Malaysia and Singapore. It is similar to the Char Siew Bao, but it is baked instead of steamed. So it is in golden color. It normally has 2 types of fillings, pork or chicken. The fillings are similar to Char Siew and in dark color, and it has green peas which Char Siew Bao doesn’t have. |
