Methods:
- Heat the oil
in a wok with high heat.
- Add
sausages, garlic, shallot into wok and stirring constantly till
all ingredients turn lightly golden brown.
- Reduce heat
to medium and add in rice, stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
Crumbling any big sticky blocks of rice with stirring spoon or
spatula, ensure all rice separated well.
- Push
everything in wok aside. Break eggs into wok, stirring, until
the eggs are lightly scrambled and still moist.
- Stir and
incorporate the eggs into the rice, seasoning with sugar, salt
and pepper.
- Keep
stirring for few minutes till rice are well separated and dry.
- Garnish with
coriander leaves and serve.
