Omelette
or omelet is made from beaten
eggs quickly
cooked with butter or oil in a frying pan. They
can be made plain, with just eggs or with a
filling of your choice, such as cheese, bacon or
vegetables. To obtain fluffy texture, sometimes
eggs are beaten with a small amount of milk,
cream or water. Omelette is always served as
breakfast, but it is good to serve it at anytime
in a day as a dish of any meal.
