Seafood Pasta

White wine seafood pasta

Seafood pasta recipe: (serves 4)

Ingredients:

  • 500g pasta (vermicelli, linguine or your own choice)
  • 500g prawns (remove shells)
  • 250g scallops
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • ˝ onions (sliced)
  • 6 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1˝ cups white wine
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 tablespoon parsley (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Methods:

  • Add 1 tablespoon of salt in boiling water, and cook pasta in boiling water accordingly to package instructions. Drain and set aside for later use.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil.
  • Add onions, garlic. Sauté till fragrant.
  • Add prawns, scallops. Saute 1 minute.
  • Add white wine, lemon juice and parmesan cheese. Stir till cheese melted.
  • Finally, add pasta, toss till all sauce mix well with pasta.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer to serving plate and sprinkle parsley on top for garnish.
  • Serve hot.
